thanks for stepping by. I am a 31 years old mother of one daughter, married to the man of my dreams, which is American, living in Germany.
I started this website because baking got a real passion from me and all I bake is absolutely lactose free.

I have been lactose Intolerant for more than 10 years, so I had some time to figure out how to substitute ingredients so the products turn out as delicious as it would be with dairy in it.
