Thanks for stopping by. I am a trained confectionary baker, German, a mother of two daughters, a dog, a cat and married to the man of my dreams, he’s American.)

I started this website because baking is a real passion of mine and everything I bake is absolutely lactose-free.

I have been lactose Intolerant for a long time, so I had some time to figure out how to substitute ingredients, so the products turn out as delicious as it would be with dairy in it.
